I am looking for some great healthy school lunch choices so that I can pack my kids their lunch daily.  School lunches get expensive and they are really not the smartest choice for healthy.  Do you have any ideas?  My kids are tired of PB&J.

Stay At Home Mom

Women function in so many different roles during their lifetime. There have been articles written about the fact that if we were paid an actual salary for the positions that we hold it would be a six digit figure. We are an amazing breed. Realizing that, do you ever feel lost in those roles?

Who are you? Have you ever asked yourself that question? I have. As much as I love my family, I wonder sometimes who I am. As women we spend so much time pleasing others and caring for others we allow ourselves to be lost in the shuffle. What we don’t realize is, if we don’t find ourselves no one else will find us! We should have something that we can take pride in that is just ours. I was faced with that decision one day two years ago when I went in search of something I could accomplish that would give me personal fulfillment, income, friendships and accomplishment. I was so grateful when I found Women’s Dream Team. I am building a home based business for women that will last me a lifetime. This is a business I can pass on to my children. I have made friends with some of the most amazing women. You may ask what makes this team so different from the others. My answer would be respect.
Who am I? I am a successful business builder who loves my family enough to remember who I am.

Who are you?

School Supplies

It is that time again….school shopping. It seems with every economic hardship, the government is cutting money to schools and the hardship is being passed to the families. The mandatory school supply list is getting longer and longer. Last year the school supplies for my middle schooler were $150 and for my high schooler they were $300.
(that is NOT including clothes….just the folders/binders/calculators/paper/highlighters/pens/rulers etc)

This calls for some creative shopping.

* First I salvage what I can from the year before

* Then I start using the Sunday paper for sales..don’t wait till the last minute as there are very few sales the first week of school.

Do you have any other suggestions?

Healthy Living… Exercise

We keep seeing advertizing and articles about getting up and get moving. How do you get yourself motivated to exercise?

My kids and I take turns playing the wii fit and we keep trying to “out do” each other so that keeps me motivated to stay in shape!

I also make sure to bond with the dog and walk her daily!

How about you? How do you stay in shape while being a busy woman on the go?
