I love summer time recipes….. Today I was talking to a lady I met about cold soups and how interesting they are to have in the summer months. She was talking about Green Bazpacho. Since I work from home, I would love to try out some new summer time recipes. Does anyone know of any unique and yummy recipes that are perfect for summer?

I don’t doubt there are many individuals with a desire to have a successful home based business for women where they can call all the shots. I am one of those people. Building a business of any kind takes a lot of hard work, determination, tenacity and patience.

What many people fail to see is that it also takes passion! Passion for your product, passion for your dream! It amazes me how many people lack that kind of passion

One of the problems that I see is that we live in a “micro-wave” society. We don’t have a problem dreaming and having a desire to have, the problem arises when we realize we have to actually “wait” for the dream to come to fruition. We don’t want to wait. We want it now, and when that doesn’t happen we fill out the application to Burger King or take a position for pay much lower than we deserve. If we could just learn to wait.

Try watching a rose bloom. If you were to watch it every second it would seem like it was never going to bloom. However, eventually, you would be looking at perfection. It would have been worth the wait

Stop settling for the right now…the work force counts on our inability to wait. They know, especially in this economy, that we will eventually come crawling to take whatever pittance they have to offer.

We need to grab a hold of our dream and run with it! Sacrifice now means fruit on our fruit tree later.

You don’t have to be a business graduate if you want to start your own business. If you’re a stay at home mom and have a talent for arts and crafts, you can sell your wares online. You can also offer web designing services from home. There are stay at home mom opportunities to provide services or products via the World Wide Web.

Some things to remember when starting an online business venture:

1. Prepare and follow a solid marketing plan.
2. Be patient. You’re not the only one who has an online business.
3. Use smart advertising.
4. Check out your competitors.
5. Be thorough when reviewing the methods and procedures that you will be using in your business.

Do You Dread Mondays?

August 29th, 2013
Author: Linda W

How many times have you wished the weekend just had a few more hours, that it couldn’t possibly be over and back to the daily grind? I know, for I felt this way every Monday morning. I would get down on Sunday afternoon just knowing that tomorrow was another day at the office.

Since I’ve joined the Women’s Dream Team and became my on boss, I don’t feel this way anymore. I don’t wake to an alarm clock, I wake so much easier for I enjoy what I’m doing. I get my morning coffee and start my day. My stress levels have dropped tremendously and my attitude is so awesome. I don’t have the Monday morning blues anymore, I love my job!

If you would like to feel this excitement too, please click on www.WomensDreamTeam.biz and let us show you how we got out of the rut and am enjoying our life again. So can you!

We don’t have to listen to a boss tell us what to do, We set our own guidelines and there is no glass ceiling on our earning potential.

There’s no time better than the present to make a change.

What have you got to lose?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

While working from home is not without start up costs, many of those costs can be defrayed by the savings that working from home brings. Even if you only work part time, you may save some money. So if you’re thinking about switching from the office to home, here are some areas where you can save a little of the green stuff.

1. Commuting

If you currently take public transportation to work, you will immediately notice more money in your pocket when you don’t have to lay out for the monthly or daily commutation cost. Although if you are commuting part time, the savings in public transit cost could be wiped out by a monthly discount full-time commuters may get.

If you drive to work, your savings could be greater but not as immediately noticeable. Not only does commuting save money on gas, it decreases the number of miles on your car. This, in turn, means less maintenance and repairs costs, and it could lower your car insurance payments.

2. Child Care

Not all work-at-home moms will save money on child care but many will. Though few moms with jobs can make do with no child care, work at home moms often manage to work full-time with only part-time childcare.

3. Food

Of course, you will eat when working from home. In fact, if you’re not careful, you may eat more! But you won’t pay nearly as much. The cost of preparing your own lunches is significantly less than eating out everyday. And it’s generally better for you too. If you like leftovers, you may find that making a little extra at dinner is a convenient way to always have a lunch ready.

4. Clothes

You need fewer dressy (and expensive) clothes when you work from home. When you must have a different work-appropriate outfit for every day of the week, not only does it cost more, but it almost takes some of the creativity out of buying clothes. I enjoy the challenge of buying several flexible items that can be mixed and matched for both dressy and casual occasions.

5. Time Is Money

This manifests itself in a million different ways for each of us. Work-at-home moms certainly don’t have unlimited time. But when working outside the home, we tend to use more timesavers, which usually cost extra.

Women’s Dream Team® is the leading work at home business team for moms. We are a group of diverse moms all over the world working together to create financial freedom and a better quality of life for our families.

Summer Lessons

August 5th, 2013

This weekend I found an amazing way to teach children to eat healthy and treat the Earth well. I took my daughters and my nephew to the Farmer’s Market. Not only were we able to talk to the kids who farmed the food on their family farms but they were able to see the food without all the chemicals.

I never had time when I worked in the corporate world to stop and take my kids to the farmer’s market, as I usually rushed late at night or after work to the grocery store (of course paying all those high prices) I always saw shopping for food as a horrible chore, not a learning experience. Now that I have an online business for women with Women’s Dream Team, I have the time to explore options like the Farmer’s Market.

We also did some math as we were able to calculate how much money we were saving. (I also threw in some social studies when I talked about fueling the local economy and not the chain stores) What a great educational field trip that brought us healthy food at a great savings. (It is possible to sneak in education over summer break!)
